- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (or vegan honey alternative)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 – 2 chipotle peppers
- 1/2 – 1 tablespoon of adobo sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Use immediately or transfer to an air tight container to refrigerate until ready to use.
