Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Avocado Salsa

- Blackening seasoning, or Cajun/Creole seasoning, about 1 – 2 tablespoons
- 4 ahi tuna steaks
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
For the salsa:
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
