- 1 head broccoli about 1 ½ pounds, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Prep. Preheat oven to 400F (200C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the broccoli. Spread broccoli pieces evenly onto a parchment or foil-lined cookie sheet or large baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Roast the broccoli. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until broccoli is fully cooked (it will have just started to brown).
