The best thing about game day is the food, so why not set yourself up for some endless snacking with this kid-friendly, dairy free game day snack board? It’s a fun and crowd-pleasing way to serve allergy-friendly snacks all of your guests can enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Certified Angus Beef® snack sticks (2 - 3 flavors)
  • Dairy free cheese (2 - 3 types)
  • Cheese of choice (2-3 types)
  • Crackers of choice (2-3 types)
  • Strawberries (quartered)
  • Red seedless grapes
  • Apple slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Carrot sticks
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Pickled red peppers
  • Pitted Greek olives
  • Gummy bears (or other gummy candies)
  • Candied pecans
  • Sandwich cookies

Instructions

  • Choose your board. This will vary depend on how many people you are serving. We normally save our big one for when we have guests.
  • Place your bowls. Start by arranging small bowls of hummus, tapenade, nuts, and jellies around the board to anchor the layout.
  • Fill in spaces. Fan out your meats and dairy free cheeses near the dips. Add the remaining ingredients to all the open spaces.
  • Label allergens. Before serving, add your allergy labels to anything that might need it.
