Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dairy free milk (unsweetened, plain)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup vegan blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Mix the dressing. Combine the vegan mayo, dairy free milk, lemon juice, parsley, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Add the cheese. Then, add the blue cheese to the dressing and use a fork to break up any larger chunks until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Store for later. Transfer the dressing to a mason jar or other storage container and refrigerate until you're ready to use it. This dressing should keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Notes
