Ingredients
1cupvegan mayonnaise
1/4cupdairy free milkunsweetened, plain
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonfinely chopped fresh parsley
1/4teaspoonsoy sauceor tamari for gluten free
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspooncoarse salt
Black pepperto taste
1/2cupvegan blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
Mix the dressing. Combine the vegan mayo, dairy free milk, lemon juice, parsley, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
Add the cheese. Then, add the blue cheese to the dressing and use a fork to break up any larger chunks until you reach your desired consistency.
Store for later. Transfer the dressing to a mason jar or other storage container and refrigerate until you're ready to use it. This dressing should keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
