- 1 25- ounce package frozen chicken tenders
- 1/2 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 6 cups spring mix
- 1/2 cup dairy free blue cheese dressing
- 8 large tortilla wraps
- Optional toppings: vegan blue cheese crumbles diced tomatoes
Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions. When chicken is fully cooked, remove from oven and chop into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, adding more if desired.
Fill each wrap with about 1 cup spring mix, some chicken pieces and any other desired toppings.
Wrap tightly and cut in half before serving.
