- They’re satisfying. If you’re craving buffalo, these will hit the spot.
- Even though we already use my dairy free blue cheese dressing to make romaine wedge salad and as a dip for smoked chicken wings, this is another great way to use it.

Ingredients & substitutions
- Vegan blue cheese dressing – Try my recipe for vegan blue cheese dressing or use your favorite store bought dressing. You can also use dairy free ranch if you prefer.
- Chicken tenders – Make sure you’re checking the label on these, because some of them contain hidden dairy, but there are plenty on the market that don’t, so get what works for you.
- Spring mix – Any lettuce would work for this wrap, but I love using spring mix because we usually have a big pack of it and there’s no washing/drying the lettuce involved.
- Buffalo sauce – We used Sweet Baby Ray’s mild buffalo sauce, but you can use any brand you would normally buy or homemade if you have it.
- Tortilla wraps – Try to get the biggest ones you can find. It makes it a million times easier to wrap them.

How to make buffalo chicken wraps
Cook the chicken. Prepare the chicken tenders according to the directions on the package. Make sure they get nice and crispy because you’re going to toss them in sauce.
Sauce the chicken. Remove the chicken from the oven and chop it into bite sized pieces. Then place the pieces in a large bowl and add about 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. Stir to coat the chicken in buffalo sauce, adding more sauce if desired.
Assemble the wraps. Layer spring mix, chicken and blue cheese dressing (we used vegan) and fold the ends of the tortilla in and roll the wrap tightly. Slice in half before serving.
* Dairy free recipe tip
Make sure all of the ingredients you’re starting with are dairy free. Store bought chicken tenders and buffalo sauce both might contain hidden dairy.
