Apple Kiwi Green Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana peeled
  • 1 large green apple cored and chopped (keep the skins for extra fiber)
  • 3 medium kiwis peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup water or dairy free milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  • Prep the fruit. Peel and cube the kiwis. Peel the banana and break it into chunks. Core and roughly chop the apple — no need to remove the skin.
  • Blend the smoothie. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Feel free to more ice or liquid to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour and serve. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately.
