Winter Fruit Salad
This refreshing winter fruit salad makes the most of cold weather produce with a variety of oranges, kiwi, pomegranate, apples and pears and a poppyseed dressing.

- 3 oranges segmented
- 3 kiwis peeled and chopped
- 1 large apple chopped
- 1 pear chopped
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stirring to coat the fruit in the lemon juice and sugar.
Let the fruit macerate for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
