Sweet Garlicky Glazed Snow Peas
These sweet, garlicky glazed snow peas are made with only five ingredients and they're ready in a snap, making them the perfect side dish. Just don't confuse them with snap peas!

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pound snow peas
- 1 tablespoon water
Sauté the garlic. In a large skillet, heat olive oil to medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden-brown, about 1 minute.
Add the peas. Next, add the sugar, soy sauce and peas to the pan. Stir them until all of the peas have been coated evenly with the garlic and oil.
Simmer. Lower the heat to medium and allow the peas to cook for about 8 more minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
