Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 - 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 small carrots shredded
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo for egg free
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
