Ingredients

  • 1 ½ - 2 pounds small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rendered duck fat
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat potatoes. 
  • Arrange seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet, in a single layer, and roast for 35 - 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
