- 1 ½ - 2 pounds small potatoes
- 2 tablespoons rendered duck fat
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat potatoes.
Arrange seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet, in a single layer, and roast for 35 - 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
