- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 12- ounce bag frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
Add ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
If needed, add more pineapple juice to thin smoothie.
Divide equally between 4 glasses, or reserve extra for later.
