This healthy, vegan piña colada smoothie recipe is made with coconut yogurt and frozen pineapple, with a little banana and oats for added nutrition, making this non alcoholic smoothie perfect for breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 12- ounce bag frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice or orange juice

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
  • If needed, add more pineapple juice to thin smoothie.
  • Divide equally between 4 glasses, or reserve extra for later.
