- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 packet soup mix
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs*
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch coarse salt
Bake at 400 for 40 - 45 minutes. Until reaches 165˚F.
Apply glaze halfway through baking.
Save half of the glaze for after meatloaf is cooked.
