Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons water (to reach desired thickness)
