Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground bison
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons coarse salt

Instructions

  • Make the patties. In a large mixing bowl, season the ground bison with coarse salt, garlic, yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Use clean hands to mix the meat until it's evenly combined.
Portion the meat into 1/4 pound sections and shape into patties.
  • Try your best not to over mix the meat, or you'll end up with tough burgers!
  • Grill the burgers. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400˚F). When the grill is hot, add the burgers and cook for 5 - 6 minutes per side, turning once.
Remove the burgers from the grill and check to make sure they have reached your desired temperature.
Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
