Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon frozen
  • 3 ounces lime juice
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 12- ounce ginger beer
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients. Add frozen watermelon, lime juice and vodka to a blender. Pour in half of the ginger beer (6 ounces) and process until the watermelon is incorporated. Add the remaining ginger beer to the mixture and continue to blend until smooth.
  • Serve. Pour the blended mules into copper mugs and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint. If you don't have copper mule mugs, make sure to chill your glasses before serving to help keep the drink cold.

Notes

Make this cocktail into a mocktail by swapping out the vodka for some water. Normally, I'd just leave it out, but blenders like the extra liquid, so make things easier for your machine and throw in the water. I promise it won't affect the taste very much.
