Craving the classic buffalo chicken dip without all that cheese? I've got you covered with this creamy, spicy, and entirely dairy free buffalo chicken dip recipe. This healthy twist on a fan favorite is perfect for your game day party!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup store-bought hummus
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt (or dairy free sour cream)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • For topping: sliced green onions (fresh parsley)

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise, hummus, yogurt and wing sauce in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in nutritional yeast, cornstarch, onion, garlic and chicken until combined.
  • Transfer dip to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until dip has thickened.
  • Remove from oven. Top with additional buffalo wing sauce and garnish with green onions/parsley before serving.
