- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup store-bought hummus
- 1/3 cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt (or dairy free sour cream)
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- For topping: sliced green onions (fresh parsley)
Combine mayonnaise, hummus, yogurt and wing sauce in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Stir in nutritional yeast, cornstarch, onion, garlic and chicken until combined.
Transfer dip to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until dip has thickened.
Remove from oven. Top with additional buffalo wing sauce and garnish with green onions/parsley before serving.
