Ingredients

  • 1 12- ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange quartered
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Make the relish. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Blend until almost smooth, but still slightly grainy. Transfer contents to a serving bowl or storage container.
  • Chill and serve. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
