Our Thanksgiving table isn't complete without this cranberry relish. This three-ingredient side dish skips the sugar overload of traditional cranberry sauce and delivers bright, tart flavor - a refreshing contrast to the rich, heavy foods on your holiday plate.
- 1 12- ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1 orange (quartered)
- 1/3 cup sugar
Make the relish. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Blend until almost smooth, but still slightly grainy. Transfer contents to a serving bowl or storage container.
Chill and serve. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
