Instructions
To prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Guinness, horseradish, mustard, vinegar and salt & pepper.
To assemble the tacos:
Top each tortilla with some corned beef, cabbage and sauce.
