- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
In a small saucepan or frying pan, heat vinegar and sugar over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer and continue cooking until liquid has thickened enough to coat a spoon, or it has desired thickness.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
