Apple Cider Sangria

This apple cider sangria the best white wine sangria recipe for fall, and it's super easy to make. It’s filled with fresh apples, crisp white wine and spiced with cinnamon for a refreshing taste of fall, even if the weather is still warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples cored and chopped
  • 1 lime sliced (optional)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 750- ml bottle riesling
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup club soda or ginger ale*

Instructions

  • Place fruit, cinnamon sticks, wine, brandy and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Mix in club soda before serving.

Notes

*If you're not serving the full batch of sangria, top individual glasses with club soda before serving to prevent the whole pitcher from going flat.
