This mint chimichurri sauce is the ultimate mint sauce for lamb and comes together in just a few minutes. Made with fresh herbs, garlic and chili flakes, this refreshing take on traditional lamb sauce is tangy, spicy and full of flavor.
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup mint
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional, can sub more mint)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Blend everything in a
food processor until almost smooth.
Adjust seasoning with salt, to taste. Blend again if needed.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
