Description
This refreshing winter fruit salad makes the most of cold weather produce with a variety of oranges, kiwi, pomegranate, apples and pears and a poppyseed dressing.
Ingredients

- 3 oranges, segmented
- 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stirring to coat the fruit in the lemon juice and sugar.
- Let the fruit macerate for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
