Vegan Queso

Made with only 3 ingredients, this super easy vegan queso recipe is the best. It’s one of our favorite late night snacks and it’s a great last minute dairy free appetizer.


  • 2 pouches Daiya Cheddar Style Deluxe Cheeze Sauce

  • 1 cup pico de gallo (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro


  1. Place the cheese sauce in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 second increments, stirring between to prevent the sauce from drying out.

  2. When the cheese sauce has reached your desired temperature, stir in pico de gallo and cilantro.

  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
