Sweet Garlicky Glazed Snow Peas

These sweet, garlicky glazed snow peas are made with only five ingredients and they’re ready in a snap, making them the perfect side dish.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pound snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil to medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauteé until golden-brown, about 1 minute.
  2. Add sugar, soy sauce, and snow peas, stirring to coat. Add water and cover skillet.
  3. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes.
