Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Truvia (can substitute 1 1/2 cups sugar)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 56 whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat water and Truvia until completely dissolved – stirring constantly.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin purée, ginger and nutmeg.
  3. Add cloves and cinnamon sticks and continue to cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat – stirring frequently.
  4. Allow syrup to cool before straining syrup into an airtight container.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
