  • 34 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 23 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 small carrots, shredded
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
