This 3 ingredient, sparkling peach black tea is as refreshing as it looks and can be made in a big batch for your next party or barbecue. Makes 8 servings.
Summer is in full swing, and we’re all hotter than ever. Or is it just me? One of my favorite things to drink during the summer – and really all year round – is iced tea. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Tazo’s iced sangria black tea concentrate. I found it with the passion tea concentrate at Target, and I’m loving the hint of cinnamon in it. So I’ve been filling my glass with it, pretty much non-stop.
But I recently saw a sparkling peach black tea on Pinterest, and I thought it would be a perfect to use the concentrate rather than actually making my own tea. So I set out to make a 3 ingredient mocktail recipe that I could drink everyday for the rest of the summer.
Since I like my tea only a touch sweet, I used peach nectar rather than peach syrup, which is what the original recipe I found used. Plus, it makes this recipe super easy. No cooking, just measure and pour. The perfect summer drink. You could even add booze if you want. I feel like bourbon would go really well with the peach flavor.
To make this sparkling peach black tea, you’re basically making a new concentrate that you can mix with club soda whenever you’re ready to serve. I mix my concentrate in a small pitcher and then add the club soda to each glass individually. But, if I were serving it for a crowd, I would add everything to a pitcher or drink dispenser just before everyone arrived. You don’t want it going flat.
