Pina Colada Breakfast Smoothies

Ingredients

For the strawberry puree:

  • 1 12-ounce bag frozen strawberries, thawed

Instructions

To make strawberry puree:

  1. Blend thawed strawberries until smooth. Transfer to bowl and thoroughly rinse blender.

To make the smoothie:

  1. Add remaining ingredients to blender (only 1/2 cup of pineapple juice) and blend until smooth. If needed, add more pineapple juice to thin smoothie. Divide equally between glasses. Top with strawberry puree.
