  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow flavors to meld for about 20 minutes before serving.
