A few months ago, we had a friend come over and take some newborn portraits of Ellie. I hadn’t even considered hiring a photographer since we were away from home, but I was lucky enough to make a really talented friend in Kayla while she was in Amiens. She blogs over at The Hobbyist, so stop on over to see more of her work.

These were literally taken over two months ago. Two months ago. I’m so glad we have photos to remember how teeny-tiny and perfect she was back then, and I absolutely love how natural the photos are. It’s just our little family doing normal everyday things. Here’s a peek at some of the amazing photos she took for us.

I’ve been meaning to share these forever, really I have. But, I’ve been busy spending my days with this little snuggle bug. Can you blame me?

  1. How creepy would it be for me to print out that one of the three of you and hang it like poster-size on my wall? Like on a scale of 1 to 10?

Cuz I like.. REALLY love that one.

  2. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and your pictures made me cry of happiness.
God bless you and your lovely family!
