Description

Refreshing, fruity and light, this simple summer fruit salad is a tried and true! It combines fresh fruit with the aromatic, cool flavor of mint and a just hint of tartness from the lime juice. And, it turns out it is pretty healthy too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups halved grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, quartered
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well to coat the fruit in the lime juice and sugar.
  2. Allow fruit to macerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving.
