Ginger Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, which together ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
