Fried Pickle Dip

This creamy, fried pickle dip is packed with pickles and fresh dill, then topped with toasted breadcrumbs to add that classic fried pickle taste. Serve with wavy potato chips, or even fresh veggies, for a delicious and satisfying appetizer. If you are a pickle lover, you will definitely be going back for more.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup hummus
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup finely diced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons toasted Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream and hummus together until smooth.

  2. Add in the minced onion, garlic powder, pickled, dill and nutritional yeast. Stir to combine.

  3. Season with pepper to taste and stir in 2 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs.

  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

  5. Before serving, garnish with remaining breadcrumbs and fresh dill.
