Dairy Free Croutons

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf soft Italian or French bread, cubed
  • Cooking spray*
  • Granulated garlic
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Spray bread pieces with cooking spray and season with garlic, parsley, salt & pepper (to taste).
  3. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until croutons have are crisp and golden.

Notes

*I recommend using butter-flavored or extra virgin olive oil cooking spray for this recipe for added flavor.
