Dairy Free Salted Caramel Buster Bars

For the frozen treats:

  • 2 1-pint containers So Delicious Dairy FreeĀ® Cashew Milk Salted Caramel Cluster
  • 1/3 cup roasted, salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted, salted cashews, chopped

For the magic shell:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil


  • 8 popsicle sticks
  • 8 waxed paper cups
  • Waxed or parchment paper *affiliate link


To make the frozen treats:

  1. Allow So Delicious Cashew Milk Salted Caramel Cluster frozen desesrt to soften for 5 – 10 minutes. Layer 1/4 cup frozen dessert, top with chopped nuts, another 1/4 cup layer of frozen dessert. Repeat until all 8 cups are full. Top cups with remaining nuts.
  2. Cover cups with plastic wrap, piercing a hole in the center. Press popsicle sticks through the holes and into the frozen treats. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

To make the magic shell:

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Allow shell to come to room temperature.

To coat frozen treats:

  1. Dip each treat in the magic shell until fully coated. Allow excess shell to drip off of the treat. Transfer to a wax paper or parchment lined baking sheet *affiliate link and return to freezer. Repeat for each treat.
