How can I upgrade to an annual membership? Just click “change plan” when you are in your account settings to switch plans and the payment will be automatically prorated for you.
How can I cancel my membership? I’m sorry to see you go, but I totally understand that things happen. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
Can I gift a membership to someone? Absolutely! You can gift someone a membership by clicking here. Just make sure you set it up with the recipient’s information and they’ll get notified via email.
