  • This is one of my favorite sauces to make, it’s so versatile and so flavorful – plus, you can use it in some many ways. It works great for dipping crispy shrimp, drizzling it over tacos, or using it as a unique salad dressing.
  • This sauce adds a perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and creamy to whatever you add it to, and you can make it a bit more spicy if you like, or less for that matter – just add a bit more sriracha, or a little less.

  • Sweet chili sauce – While this sauce also has adds some mild heat, it adds sweetness to the sauce. I used Mae Ploy, which I picked up in the international asile of my local grocery store.

This 3 ingredient bang bang sauce combines spicy sriracha and sweet chili sauce with creamy mayonnaise to make a flavorful, dairy free sauce that’s perfect for dipping, dressing or drizzling. This simple sauce is super easy to make and it’s bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined and smooth.
  • Storage instructions: Transfer to a mason jar or other airtight storage container. If you store your bang bang sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator, it should stay fresh for 1-2 weeks.
