Apple Pie Bars with Dairy Free Struesel Topping

You only need a few simple ingredients to make these dairy free apple pie bars with streusel topping.


For the crust:

For the apple filling:

For the crumb topping:


  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. In a food processor *affiliate link, blend crust ingredients until a dough forms. Remove from bowl and press into an 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Pour over crust.
  4. In a food processor *affiliate link, combine crumb topping ingredients. Blend until a small crumb forms. Crumble evenly over apple filling.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow bars to cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
