Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 pound radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives
  • 1 5.3-ounce package Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, radishes, chives, yogurt and vinegar. Stir to combine.
  2. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Stir again to evenly distribute the salt & pepper.
