Do you have a Dutch oven? They aren’t really a kitchen necessity, so I couldn’t really justify getting one, especially while we were traipsing all over the world. But, I finally got one as a gift for my birthday this past August, and it is seriously the best thing ever. And then, I won another one at BlogHer Food in November. Yes, I actually won something.
But, now that I’ve had them for a few months I realize that I haven’t used them enough, so I compiled a list of must-make recipes for a Dutch oven. Because, I’m going to use them, and I’m going to braise everything. And, did you know you could make bread in a Dutch oven? How cool is that?
