What I love about these no bake chocolate peanut butter pretzel bites
Things are finally slowing down here in Amiens. For the past few weeks, we’ve been furiously cleaning and attempting to make this house feel like a home and prepare ourselves for our very first visitors, who just left yesterday. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that my very best friend, Chelsea, and her husband, Mike came for a visit on their big tour of Europe.
Having them here was such a treat, and it definitely helped me feel more at home in our new city. We spent the three days they were here celebrating my birthday, trying out new restaurants and exploring.
Here’s what you’ll need to make them
On a totally unrelated note, my mom and I made these no bake chocolate peanut butter pretzel bites on a whim the Friday afternoon before I left. Now, I’m not one to love the chocolate peanut butter combo, but something about the saltiness and the crunch of the pretzels makes these little guys unbelievably good – almost addictive.
In fact, they were so good we ended up saving them and serving them at my baby shower because they were so good. You can never have to many desserts, right?
They’re the perfect last-minute recipe because they require only 5 ingredients and very little time. Plus, if you cut them up into small bite-sized pieces like we did, you don’t even have to count the calories.
Update: I’ve added a dairy free option in the notes of the recipe. Be sure to use dairy free chocolate and dairy free margarine or coconut oil to make this recipe dairy free.

Oh man. YUM.
That is ALL I have to say about that!
Absolutely loving these little treats! I have some pretzel sticks in the pantry from another project a long time ago. Needless to say they desperately need to be used up. We somehow don’t eat them by themself but I can totally see them being devoured with peanut butter and chocolate. Thanks for the inspiration 🙂
Anything containing chocolate and peanut butter is an instant winner in my books. These little bites look delicious, I could definitely devour a bite of one now!
Great recipes congrats!
These look amazing, thanks for sharing!
These were fantastic! Do you mind if I reference them on my blog? No pictures, just a link back to your site.
Of course I don’t mind! I’m glad you liked them 🙂
Can I freeze this? Thanks in advance!
Yes, I think it would be totally fine to freeze them!
Will this recipe still work with salted butter? That’s all I have
Yes it will still work but it might be a little saltier.
