Let’s be honest. Entertaining can be hard if you’re trying to cook and socialize at the same time. I can’t even tell you the number of times that I’ve been trying to greet people and serve drinks while stirring and flipping things that aren’t quite cooked yet. Recipes that require being served immediately aren’t the best option when you want to focus on your company.
That’s why it’s always a good idea to have a few “easy entertaining” recipes to make things simpler, and in my opinion, the easiest meal to make when you’re having guests is one that you can have in the oven, ready to go before everyone arrives. You can even wash all the prep dishes and have them put away, too. I compiled a list of some great recipes for you to make so you don’t have to run around like crazy person at the last minute. All of these main dishes pair well with a simple or fancy salad – the ultimate no-cook dish. And, the deserts can obviously be made ahead, and if necessary, heated while you’re enjoying your dinner.
Now you can just relax and enjoy your favorite people.
